4. What the-boom sells
Use is free up to 10 participants. The Pro option is a one-time payment of €29 per event, with no subscription and no renewal: it unlocks unlimited participants for that event, kept for life. Payment is processed by Stripe; no card data passes through our servers.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Pro option gives immediate access to digital content. By requesting that immediate access you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Any issue with an order: support@the-boom.org.
6. Intellectual property
The site's structure, interface, texts and the the-boom brand belong to IKKI. Photos, messages and tracks added by participants remain the property of their authors: the-boom only uses them to run the event they were added to.

8. Reporting content
To report content you consider unlawful inside an event, write to support@the-boom.org with the link concerned and the reason.
